PGJDC organises 'Gem Bazaar' in Quetta

Pakistan Gems and Jewellery Development Company (PGJDC) organised a two-day 'Gem Bazaar' in Quetta at its Gem Exchange at Jamiatrai Road, opposite to Rahat Cinema. The bazaar was inaugurated by Abdul Rehman Mengal, Provincial Minister for Mines & Minerals. Like previous gem bazaars, this time too, around 35 exhibitors displayed their gemstones and mineral specimen for the interested buyers.
A variety of gemstones and mineral specimen including precious and semi precious gemstones from Balochistan and other parts of the country including Gilgit Baltistan, Swat, etc, were displayed in the bazaar. These gemstones included emerald, peridot, ruby, sapphire, topaz and many other precious semi precious gemstones.
This is the 5th gem bazaar in Quetta, which shows PGJDC's commitment for consistent efforts to promote Pakistani gemstone sector, and provides lucrative opportunity and platform for the buyers and sellers of gemstones and mineral specimen under one roof in secured environment. The interested buyers will be exposed to quality products on competitive prices, which will add tangible value to their business endeavours.
The bazaar is a continuous feature, which will contribute immensely to the continuous efforts that PGJDC is putting in for the development of gems & jewellery industry of Pakistan. This event is organised in strict security so that the individuals are confident in bringing their valuable gemstones for trade. Moreover, gem labs are a major attraction for the buyers as they can ensure the genuineness of their stones before they can trade.-PR
