Man killed over petty matter

A man shot dead one Qaiser Shah in Bani Gala in outskirts of Islamabad and managed to escape. Bara Kahu Police Station registered a case against the murderer Ishaq Khan, but he was not arrested till filing of this report. According to eye-witnesses Qaiser Shah, who was running a shop of filling LPG cylinders in Bani Gala area of Islamabad, was busy in his routine work when Ishaq Khan, came at his shop and demanded the cylinder which he had left for re-filling.
Qaiser Shah had not filled the cylinder of Ishaq Khan, who said to be drunken, and requested him to come after sometime. But the delay in filling irritated Ishaq Khan, who fired at Shah. Qaiser Shah sustained injuries and died on the spot. After killing Qaiser Shah, Ishaq Khan managed to escape from the scene. Bara Kahu Police rushed to the site and took the body of deceased in possession. A case was registered against Ishaq Khan, but so far he was not arrested.
