Subdued business was seen on the wholesale grain and seed market on Saturday as most of the participants were on the sidelines due to balanced demand and supply factor, dealers said. On the grams side guwar Sindh shed Rs 50 to Rs 4100-4200 and guwar from Punjab low type was down by Rs 150 to Rs 3950 and good type was lower by Rs 200 to Rs 4000.
Other items remained unchanged at the overnight levels in process of trading, they said. On the rice side, Irri-6 Sindh gained Rs 75 to Rs 2750-2775, other types retained the overnight levels in process of trading, they added.
