Four government offices of District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) and Deputy District Officers (Revenue) (DDOR) have been rehabilitated by providing communication equipments and furniture in different areas of Upper Dir. Street pavement has also been completed in the area.
The completion of these schemes would enable the government to more effectively address the needs of the local population. These schemes were initiated to expand the efficiency and effectiveness of government offices to engage and meet the needs of the local population.
In these schemes, District Co-ordination Officer (DCO) office in Upper Dir were rehabilitated by constructing three rooms along with washrooms while 30 chairs, four office tables, five computers, five printers, 16 KVA generators and others equipments were provided to DCO Office.
The Deputy District Officer Revenue (DDOR) office in Sheringal has also rehabilitated by constructing two washrooms and by providing communication equipments and furniture including 10 KVA generator, 50 chairs, three computers with all accessories, seven electric heaters, geysers and other equipments.
Similarly, institutional support has been provided to Deputy District Officer Revenue office, Wari, by constructing two washrooms in the office and providing 40 chairs, tables, three computers, printers, heaters, geysers and other necessary equipments, while 50 office chairs, nine office tables, three computers, printers, 10 KVA generator, heaters, geysers and other equipments were also provided to the Deputy District Officer Revenue (DDOR) office in Upper Dir.
Meanwhile, a street pavement and construction of retaining wall has also been completed in Shahi Mohalla in Upper Dir. In this scheme, 244 metres long street has been paved along with drains, while 137 metres long retaining wall has been constructed to protect the street.
