An 11-member medical team of Lahore General Hospital (LGH) has left for Rajanpur for extending medical treatment to flood affected people and to protect them from infectious diseases. According to administration of the LGH, the medical team is also carrying sufficient quantity of medicines.
The team will provide medical cover to the people marooned by floodwater and ensure all possible help under the guidance of Secretary Health Punjab, Fawad Hasan Fawad, who is already present in Rajanpur to monitor the relief activities.
