There is a dire need of introducing latest technology in the SME sector. This was stated by Muhammad Ikram Rajput, acting President of Hyderabad Chamber of Commerce and Industry (HCC&I) at a workshop on "How to Start Your own Business" organised by Small & Medium Enterprise Development Authority (SMEDA), Hyderabad-Desk.
He further said that the loadshedding is biggest hurdle in the development of domestic industry; the government should take revolutionary steps for the development of small and medium enterprises this will help in reducing unemployment and poverty alleviation.
Ikhtiar Ahmed Khoso, Regional Business Co-ordinator, SMEDA, Hyderabad said that SME sector lacks awareness, which is a major barrier in access of finance and face difficulty in marketing of their products. He further said that workshop will help develop entrepreneur skills of the participants. The guest speaker of workshop Sadaf Mushtaque gave an informative lecture about management of new business and methods.
