Man arrested for starting fire near Canadian Prime Minister's residence

Police said Sunday they have arrested a man for lighting a fire near the official residence of Prime Minister Stephen Harper in Ottawa. It was not known whether Harper and his family were home at the time of the incident, which occurred on Saturday evening.
Sergeant Mike Laviolette said the man poured a flammable substance on the sidewalk and lit it just outside the PM's residence at 24 Sussex Drive in Ottawa, before being arrested by RCMP officers.
