FLOOD SITUATION: River Indus at Guddu (1.056 million cusecs ) & Sukkur (1.021million cusecs) is in 'Exceptionally High' Flood. River Indus at Taunsa (6.77,000 cusecs) is in 'Very High' Flood. River Indus at Chashma (5,01,600 cusecs), River Kabul at Nowshera (1,30,000 cusecs) are in 'High' Flood.
River Indus at Tarbela, (3,83,000 cusecs) Kalabagh (4,90,000 cusecs) & River Chenab at Trimmu (92,08,000 cusecs) Punjnad (2,81,000 cusecs) are in 'Medium' Flood. River Indus at Kotri, River Jhelum at Mangla, Rasul, River Chenab at Marala and River Ravi at Balloki are in 'Low' Flood.
FORECAST: Fairly widespread thunderstorm/rain with heavy falls at isolated places is expected over northern Punjab, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, and Kashmir. Scattered thunderstorm/rain may occur over southern Punjab, Sindh, Balochistan and Gilgit-Baltistan.
