US soyabean down

US soyabean futures closed lower on Monday on pressure from falling wheat futures and from a turn to better crop weather this week in the US Midwest. CBOT September down 9-1/2 cents at $10.34, new-crop November down 12-1/2 at $10.31-1/2. Funds sold 4,000 contracts.
US exporters sell 220,000 tonnes soybeans to China for 2010/11 delivery. NOPA said US July soy crush 124.181 million bushels, down from 126.241 million in June and below an average of analysts' estimates for 125.6 million. Weekly soyabean condition ratings seen 65 percent good to excellent, down from 66 percent last week - poll. CBOT September soyameal down 50 cents per ton at $302.20. Following soybeans Funds sold 1,000 contracts. BOT September soyaoil down 1.07 cents per lb at 41.45 cents per lb. Funds sold 3,000 to 4,000 contracts.
