Bahrain to donate three million dinar for flood-hit people

President of Bahrain Sheikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa has pledged to donate three million Dinar and edible items for relief and rehabilitation of flood affectees. Bahrain's envoy in Pakistan Muhammad Ibrahim Muhammad Abdul Qadir on Friday called on Interior Minister A Rehman Malik at the Ministry and said that the President of Bahrain was paying due attention to the miseries of flood affected people and committed to their rehabilitation.
He further said that a delegation of Bahrain comprising relief workers and doctors would soon visit Pakistan to support Pakistani government in relief activities. The envoy assured all possible assistance of his government in rehabilitation of flood-hit people. The Interior Minister Rehman Malik expressed gratitude to Bahrain's president for taking keen interest in rehabilitation of flood affected people. He also acknowledged the relief efforts of Bahrain's envoy in Pakistan.
