According to the weekly report issued by Prevention and Control Program for Dengue in Sindh, at least 172 new dengue fever cases surfaced in Karachi in a week, taking the patients toll to 2,118 in the city since 1st January 2017. No case was reported from other parts of Sindh.

In Karachi, 2,118 cases have been reported throughout the city. A total 11 people including seven male and four female were also died from dengue fever in the city this year so far.

A total 2,137 dengue fever cases were reported in Sindh province so far, out of which 2,118 in Karachi and 19 others from rest of province.
