Qadri raps Elahi for making 'false' statements

29 Aug, 2010

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz leader Syed Zaeem Qadri has strongly criticised PML-Q leader Chaudhry Pervaiz Elahi for issuing false statements against Khadim-e-Aala Punjab. The PML-N leader said if Elahi cannot help the flood affected people in this hour of need he should not divert the attention of those engaged in this noble cause.
Due to devastation hundreds and thousands of people have become homeless and are living under the open sky but Elahi is busy with playing politics, he said. Qadri said that stories of plundering of Elahi are very well known in Pakistan as well as abroad. Chaudhary brothers are responsible for the price-hike and worst law and order situation in the country.
He said that the present government would not allow the looters of Bank of Punjab to lead a luxurious life with the looted money of the people. He said that Elahi gets disturbed when Khadim-e-Aala orders investigation into the corruption cases. He said that the only mission of Punjab leadership and workers of PML-N is to rehabilitate flood-hit people and help them stand on their own feet as soon as possible. He said this is not the right time to play politics but to help the oppressed brethren in this critical time they are going through.
