Match-fixing scandal: PML-N submits adjournment motion in National Assembly

Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) on Monday submitted an Adjournment Motion in National Assembly Secretariat, seeking debate over the alleged match-fixing scandal involving some Pakistani cricketers during the on-going England tour. The PML-N MNAs, who submitted the motion, said that the scam involving national cricketers have denigrated the entire nation.
They also criticised Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) officials including Yawar Saeed and Shafquat Rana, and said the issue needed to be discussed at length in the House.
