Eid-ul-Fitr: Pakistan Railways to run five special trains

Pakistan Railways administration has decided to run five special trains from September 7 to cater to the extra rush of passengers due to the forthcoming Eid-ul-Fitr, said a spokesman of railways. The first special train will leave Karachi Cantonment station on September 7 at 12:00 noon and would reach Peshawar Cantt next night at 9:45 pm via Hyderabad, Rohri, Multan and Lahore.
Second train will leave Karachi Cantt on September 08 at 1:00 pm and will reach Lahore next day at 11:30 am via Hyderabad, Rohri, Multan and Khanewal. Third special train is scheduled for September 9 from Lahore at 11:00 am to reach Rawalpindi the same evening at 4:00 pm via Gujranwala and Gujrat.
Fourth train will leave Rawalpindi on same date at 7:00 pm and reach Lahore 12:15 am via Gujrat and Gujranwala. The last special train is scheduled to travel between Peshawar Cantonment and Lahore. It will leave Peshawar at 5:30 pm on September 8 and reach Lahore next morning at 4:00 am via Wazirabad and Gujranwala.
