Fatimid Foundation organised a free medical camp in connections with relief activities for the flood affectees at Misri Banda, Nowshera. During the medical camp 3800 persons were examined and medicines worth Rs 21 million were distributed amongst children, women and men patients of different diseases. A large number of the residents of Misri Banda and surrounding areas attended the camp at large.
Majority of the women and children were found suffering from skin diseases while youth and aged persons were complaining of the diseases of chest and digestive system. Similarly, some aged persons and children were complaining of allergy and diarrhea. Furthermore, pregnant women were facing difficulties due to lack of basic health facilities. The Physician of Fatimid Foundation, Dr Saira Bano examined women and children and given advises regarding better health.-PR
