100-home village in Muzaffargarh inaugurated

Punjab Chief Minister, Mian Shahbaz Sharif said, "we would construct homes for the shelter-less people in flood-affected areas with the help of Turkish Government while rubber dams would also be developed to control/reserve excess water. He was addressing a ground breaking ceremony of inaugurating a 100-home village in Miran Mullah (Muzaffargarh), build with the co-operation of Turkey, here on Saturday.
Shahbaz said each home consists of two rooms, one kitchen, washroom and a lawn. He further said free of cost fertilisers and seeds would be provided to the farmers of 12.5 acres land whether they are owners of the land or not, while Watan cards of Rs 20,000 each would be distributed among all the affectees without any discrimination.
