Wrongdoers on the road

Not long ago traffic in Karachi was a nightmare. But because of the construction of a number of fly-overs and traffic corridors, this problem is very much solved. The purpose was to make sure the safety and convenience of citizens.
But some wrongdoers are impassive to these advancements and precautions. I witnessed this behaviour at a busy market place where a car, coming from wrong side almost crushed a little girl. The man driving has gone mad at the mother, accusing her for being careless. In spite of being guilty on his heathenish act, he acted as though it was her fault to be on the pavement.
This reluctant behaviour towards pedestrians can be seen on bus stops and roadsides where they are asked to stand aside to allow a car or bike from the opposite side of traffic to pass. The point is if they are doing a wrong deed don't make it others fault to be standing where they are supposed to be. Their arrogance does not justify their act.
