SBP team to play in Quaid-e-Azam Cricket Trophy after 27 years

State Bank's cricket team will participate in Quaid-e-Azam Cricket Trophy after 27 years. The Quaid-e-Azam Trophy is scheduled to commence at eleven centres from October 23, 2010. A twenty-member SBP cricket team has been selected for participation in the Trophy.
The team is comprised of Kashif Siddiqui, Muhammad Naveed, Gulraiz Saddaf, Naveed Yaseen, Rameez Alam, Ansar Jawaid, Jallat Khan, Shoaib Khan, Nazar Hussain, Adnan Raees, Nayeer Abbas, Muhammad Rameez, Afsar Nawaz, Ibrahim Qureshi, Faisal Athar, Rizwan Haider, Bilawal Bhatti, Adnan Rasool, Syed Mohtashim Ali and Waseem Naeem. Zaheer-ul-Hassan, Sami-ur-Rehman & Khalid Irtiza will be the Manager, Assistant Manager and Coach of the SBP cricket team, respectively. State Bank will play its first match against Lahore Ravi at LCCA ground, Lahore on October 23, 2010. A training camp for SBP cricket team will be held at Lahore from October 16 to 22, 2010.
