Dawlance, a home appliance manufacturer, has launched a new vertical freezer in its existing product range in a ceremony held here on Thursday. The company's Category Manger Syed Salman Ali briefed the participants about the salient features of the vertical freezer and said the new addition would provide a better lifestyle. The new freezer is a healthy storage solution at an affordable price that will simplify the lives of many women tired of problem associated with chest freezers, he added.
The researched conducted by Dawlance revealed that almost 74 percent of deep freezer users felt it inconvenient and unapproachable, at the same time, retrieval and excessive cleaning is also hassling. On the other hand, 73 percent of consumers (mostly women) are ready to opt for other convenient freezing solution.
Based on the consumers' insight, the company realised that vertical freezer was the right answer to consumer needs because it offers organised and convenient storage design with excellent quick-freezing and long term cooling retention capabilities, he added. He claimed that it is made from high quality material so has an environment-friendly polyurethane insulation with greater cooling retention property, which helps in saving electricity compared to chest type freezers.
