Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), Chief Altaf Hussain on Saturday said we are peace-loving and we not only want to contest election in peaceful manner but also intend to bring a peaceful revolution in the country. He was addressing via telephone to the party workers busy in preparation of by-election of PS-94 being held in Orangi here, said a statement issued by MQM.
Altaf Hussain paid tribute to all party workers of Qasba Colony sector, Orangi Town for organising successful meetings of the party. He said residents of Qasba colony including party activists have showed once against through their unity that they are with MQM, as they were in the past. He also enquired the preparations of by-election in PS-94, by the party leaders and workers and asked them to remain calm.
He also paid a rich tribute to slain party leader, a former member Sindh Assembly, Syed Raza Haider. Altaf expressed hope that the voter of PS-94 will again use their right of franchise in favour of MQM-backed candidate.
