BISP team nabs man for selling fake forms

As a measure to ensure transparency and protect the poor from swindlers, the vigilant poverty survey team of Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has nabbed a faker in Jinnah Town Faisalabad, while he was trying to sell the fake forms of BISP among the poor families, said a press release issued here on Friday.
The survey team in Jinnah town held Rana Muhammad Azeem who was selling fake BISP forms to families with the assistance of local administration, which was specially designated to assist the survey teams. Meanwhile, an FIR has been registered against the accused in Police station Ghulam Muhammad Abad and further investigations are being made in this regard.
The spokesman of the BISP has reiterated that the process of nation-wide poverty survey is absolutely free and the survey teams would facilitate the deserving families without charging even a single rupee. He urged the citizens to report survey teams or BISP if the find anybody involved in such practices.-PR
