US missile strike kills five

A suspected US missile strike Monday killed five people in tribal region near the Afghan border, security officials said. The strike occurred in Mir Ali area of North Waziristan district."As a US drone aircraft fired two missiles into a house in Haider Ali village, two more drones were flying in the area," an intelligence official said on condition of anonymity. "The compound belonged to a local tribesman named Ahmad Ali."
The identity of those killed was not known yet. The US military has made more than 30 airstrikes from pilotless planes in North Waziristan during the last two months.
