Prime Minister Syed Yousuf Raza Gilani on Saturday visited Pakistan Institute of Medical Sciences (Pims) and inquired about the health of Senator, Salahuddin Dogar, who has been admitted due to liver ailment. The doctors told Prime Minister that the condition of Salahuddin Dogar is now stable and he would be discharged from the hospital very soon.
The Prime Minister prayed for early recovery of Salahuddin Dogar. Talking on the occasion, the Prime Minister said that keeping in view the increase in liver diseases the Government has announced establishment of liver transplant centre at Pims so that the people could get better treatment facilities in Pakistan. On the occasion, Zafar Baig Bhittani, MNA was also present, whose wife has been admitted at Pims. The Prime Minister also inquired Bhittani about the health of his wife.
