US MIDDAY: cocoa, sugar fall

ICE cocoa edged down early on Monday, pressured by a firmer dollar in light volumes as the market tracked the election process in top producer Ivory Coast after a peaceful poll on October 31. ICE second-month arabicas were up 1.55 cent or 0.75 percent to $2.0920 per lb. ICE front-month raw sugar stood at 31.55 cents, down 0.21 cent or 0.7 percent, below Friday's 30-year peak of 32.30 cents.
