Punjab Chief Minister, Shahbaz Sharif has accorded approval for immediate regularisation of the Medical Officers/Women Medical Officers having domicile of other provinces and working in Punjab on contractual basis at various government hospitals.
Secretary Health Punjab, Fawad Hasan Fawad has issued notification for regularisation of as many as 68 Mos and WMOs. The doctors who have been regularised on the directions of the Chief Minister of Punjab belong to Sindh, Balochistan, KPK, Azad Jammu Kashmir and Islamabad. The doctors said that the chief minister of Punjab has secured their future by regularising their services.
