In order to accommodate the concerns and views of all stakeholders adequately, the Securities and Exchange Commission Pakistan (SECP) has extended the deadline for submitting comments on the amended Code of Corporate Governance to December 5, 2010. According to a press release issued on Thursday, this has been done to give the stakeholders ample time to provide their valuable inputs.
