Yousuf Husain Mirza has been appointed as the Chief Executive and Managing Director of BOC Pakistan Limited for a period of three years. According to an information sent to Karachi Stock Exchange (KSE) on Monday, his appointment was approved by the directors of the company on terms and conditions applicable to him under the company's service rules.
