Commodities market lacked direction in two days' trade

Eid holidays cut week to just a couple of days where fluctuations naturally took place and reported. On Monday when markets began three-day closure commodity markets stayed sickly.
However, on Tuesday commodity wholesale markets reported some fluctuation on both sides of the counters. Barley in Sindh and Mardan low type was quoted at Rs 2500 and new type was quoted higher by Rs 50 to Rs 2600. Wheat old quoted at Rs 2625 and Rs 2630, while new type was recorded at Rs 2640 and Rs 2645. Cottonseeds cake with bag in Sindh low type lost Rs 25 to Rs 1275, better type was down Rs 10 to Rs 1300. Rapeseeds Nawabshah low type rose by Rs 75 to Rs 2275, while the other variety was up Rs 50 to Rs 2300, Mirpur low type was down, while fine type lost Rs 100 to Rs 2200.
