14 militants were killed, six others sustained injuries while four of their hideouts destroyed in shelling by gun-ship helicopters in the upper parts of Orakzai Agency on Monday, official sources said. The choppers targeted hideouts of militants in Kot Killay and Khadizai areas.
Moreover, security forces launched a full-scale operation in Torkanri, Narek and Mazidgarhi areas and seized a huge quantity of explosives.
