Khyber Pakhtunkhwa reverts to six-day work week

The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has, with immediate, reverted back to 06 days work week in line with the decision of the federal government with office timings from 0800 to 1420 hours with break for prayers from 1300 to 1330 hours. The Chief Minister Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Ameer Haider Khan Hoti, has approved the proposal on Tuesday. In this regard a summary was submitted to him. Consequently, the off on Saturday comes to end forthwith.
The Federal Government has recently reverted back to 06 days work week from November 27, 2010. The government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa was already observing 06 days work week in health, education and judicial institutions.
