Government offices in Lower Dir reopened

To improve the service delivery of the government offices, sub divisional magistrates and tehsildar offices have been equipped and rehabilitated by providing necessary equipment and furniture in Lower Dir, while a short term employment scheme has also been completed in the area to provide job opportunities to the local people.
A statement issued by Malakand Development Programme (MDP) on Saturday stated that the sub divisional magistrate office in Adenzai sub division of Lower Dir has been rehabilitated where water tanks, bathrooms and a guardroom were constructed.
In SDM office, electric water coolers, computers, printers, refrigerator, office chairs and tables and a 16 KVA generator were provided to make the office environment more workable. In Samar Bagh, sub division magistrate office has also been equipped by providing twenty chairs, four computers, office tables, water coolers, printer, generator, ACs, fans and cupboards besides construction of two bathrooms and a boundary wall.
Similarly 109 meters long boundary wall was constructed and office chairs, computers, tables, steel cupboards, electric water coolers and ceiling fans were provided to Tehsildar office in Samar Bagh. A short term employment scheme has also completed in Lower Dir. District Headquarter hospitals in Timergara, Samar Bagh, Chakdara, Ouch and Talash were also rehabilitated with general cleaning, white washing and building repair.
