A lawyer, Illam-ud-Din advocate has approached the Lahore High Court challenging the allotment of land to American and Nato forces in Balochistan. Petitioner stated that the government had handed over a big area to these foreign forces for airbase, which was against the country's sovereignty.
He said that giving space for airbase would increase the drones attack on Pakistani territories. He, therefore, prayed to the court to declare this action of the government as unconstitutional and against the integrity of the country.
