Malaysian Palm Oil Board (MPOB) and Pakistani Vanaspati Manufacturers Association (PVMA) are jointly holding 'MPOB-PVMA Seminar 2010' to highlight Malaysian palm oil industry and 50 years of vanaspati industry in Pakistan on December 1 at a local hotel.
Speakers would include Sheikh Muhammad Ikram, Chairman, PVMA, Director General, MPOB, and Zafar Hameed Hashmi, Secretary General, PVMA. Dr Teng Kim Tui from MPOB will present a paper on 'Palm Oil Nutrition'. Besides, two other papers will be presented by Dr Miskandar Mat Sahri from MPOB on 'Palm-based Vanaspati', and Fairus Hidzir, Regional Manager, MPOB on 'MPOB's 25 Years in Pakistan'. Later, certificates will be handed over to the participants.
