The IBC formed ICMAP Toastmasters Club at ICMAP Islamabad for improvement of communication and leadership skills of its members. Since 1924 the toastmasters International around the globe is helping its members to develop and improve their public speaking abilities and leadership skills through local club meetings, training seminars and speech contests.
The motto of toastmasters is "we learn by doing". The first charter event meeting of the ICMAP Toastmasters Club was held on November 11 at ICMAP Islamabad with the assistance of Islamabad Toastmasters Club. More than 20 members of ICMAP joined the Club.
The elections of the Executive Committee of ICMAP Toastmasters Club were also held. Mian Mohammad Ramazan, FCMA was elected as President of the Club. He is already a Toastmaster for the last one and half years. The ICMAP Toastmasters Club holds its regular educational meetings fortnightly on every alternate Thursday at 6:30pm in ICMAP Islamabad.-PR
