Two new Pakistan teams to take part in Paralympics

The first time in Pakistan sports history our two national teams of Golball (men), Sitting Volleyball (women) have been formed and are participating in Asian Paralympics Games to be held in China next month. Technical officer for Paralympics National squads, Akbar Ali Mugal told APP that the final trials to select the players before chipping in the event will be held on Wednesday at Pakistan Sports Complex, Islamabad.
He said the national teams are participating in five disciplines Athletics, Golball, Volleyball, Judo and Swimming in the Paralympics as now women's sitting volleyball and Golball teams of blind boys have been included in the disciplines.
