Foreign Office Spokesman Abdul Basit said on Saturday that Foreign Minister Shah Mehmood Qureshi had taken strict notice of senior actor Jameel Fakhri's missing son case, who was reportedly went missing in the United States in mid 2009.
Talking to a private news channel he said, "I am confident that within few days, situation would be clear as special directives to know whereabouts of Ali Ayaz, son of Jameel Fakhri, have been issued to Pakistan Consulate General in New York and Pak Embassy in Washington."
He informed that Foreign Secretary has also talked with authorities concerned and all out efforts are being made to reach the truth. Result the efforts being made by Pakistan in this context will be shared with Jameel Fukhari within few days, he added.
