Thousands of jobless youths who had appeared in the written test and interviews for the posts of assistant directors, complaint assistants, Naib Qasids and Chowkidars (watchmen) are still waiting for their appointment letters since June 2010. They told newsmen here on Thursday that Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) had publicised the 700 posts of assistant directors, complaint assistants, peons and watchmen on March 7,2010.
