Senior leader of the All Parties Hurriyet Conference, Shabbir Ahmad Shah has said that the sacrifices of Kashmiri martyrs will not be allowed to go waste and the day is not far off when the people of Kashmir will get rid of Indian bondage.
According to Kashmir Media Service, Shabbir Ahmad Shah, while addressing a public gathering at Lal Chowk in Islamabad, said that sacrifices of the Kashmiris had globalised the Kashmir dispute. He said that India had miserably failed to suppress the Kashmiris indigenous liberation movement through force.
The APHC leader asked the masses to continue the peaceful struggle till its logical end. He urged New Delhi to give up its unrealistic stance on Kashmir and come forward for meaningful and result-oriented tripartite talks to settle the
lingering dispute so that permanent peace could be established in South Asia.
He made it clear that without resolving the dispute durable peace in the region was impossible. His address was punctuated by anti-India and pro-freedom slogans.
