Ali Ayaz Fakhri, son of Jamil Fakhri, a prominent artist was laid to rest in Miani Sahib Graveyard here on Thursday. His funeral prayer was offered at Qila Lachhman Singh which was attended by PPP Secretary General Jehangir Badr, PML-N MNA Malik Riaz Ahmed, DCO Ahad Cheema and a large number of artists.
Ayaz Fakhri had been missing since last 22 months in America and recently his body was found there while the government arranged to bring his body to Lahore.
