Police arrested two suspects involved in gang war near Mewa Shah Graveyard, here on Friday. The Duty Officer at Pak Colony Police Station told Courier Newthat a police party during routine patrol spotted two suspects near Mewa Shah Graveyard. The outlaws offered resistance and started firing, however after brief encounter police arrested them.
The suspects have been identified as Zeeshan alias Shani, son of Sadiq and Shakir son of Fazal. Police also recovered two hand grenades, 2 TT pistols and some cartridges from their possession. An FIR has been registered in Pak Colony Police Station, the officer said.
