Like the rest of Pakistan and other parts of the world, all are set to observe the third martyrdom anniversary of former Prime Minister Benazir Bhutto Shaheed across Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) on December 27 with due reverence and honour on.
To participate in the major ceremony, a rally of Pakistan Peoples Party (PPP) activists, led by the president of PPP AJK unit and state's parliament member Chaudhry Abdul Majeed, including secretary general of PPP Chaudhry Latif Akber, Matloob Inqlabi, Azadar Shah, Sayed Akram Shah and Qazi Bashir has reached Garhi Khuda Buksh to participate in the major ceremony. Talking to APP here on Sunday, Abdul Majeed said a large number of PPP, PYO and PSF activists from AJK would visit Garhi Khuda Buksh and participate in the mammoth congregation.
Elaborating, he said special congregations would be held to pay rich tributes to the departed leader for giving the supreme sacrifice of her life for maintaining unity, solidarity and cohesion among the people, and promoting democracy and maintaining democratic norms and values in the country.
