Transporters back strike call given by TNR today

The transporters while supporting the opposition of proposed repeal of blasphemy law, backed the strike call given by Tehreek-e-Namoos-e-Risalat (TNR) for Friday. President, Karachi Transport Ittehad (KTI), Syed Irshad Hussain Bukhari while talking to Business Recorder confirmed to shutdown the vehicles on Friday.
Earlier, President Karachi Taxi and Motor Rickshaw, Yellow Cab Owners Association, Hafizul-Haque Hasan Zai also announced to support the strike call to defend the blasphemy law. KTI, President said we are completely supporting the strike call over dignity, honour and respect of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). If there was no prophet we would be no more Muslims, he added. He said there are differences among religious and seminary leaders but on the matter of Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) dignity and honour, we are completely supporting the cause and would be participating in the protest.
