Taliban militants on Monday morning targeted a Nato oil tanker with a remote control bomb in Khyber Agency, destroying it completely, however no loss of life was reported, official said. The oil tanker was on its way to Torkham border from Peshawar when it was attacked near Ali Masjid area in Landi kotal tehsil of Khyber agency on Pak-Afghan highway.
The traffic on the highway was suspended due to traffic jam after the explosion. The security forces surrounded the area and started a massive search operation for hunting the militants.
