The petitioner counsel during today proceedings requested to summon Director General (DG) ISI and directed him to recover his son.
Deputy Attorney General (DAG) Naveed Inayat Malik raised objection to it saying that there is no need of summoning DG ISI because the agency has already denied the allegation. The petitioner Dr Sarfraz had submitted that his son work in Jinnah Hospital and went missing while coming home from the hospital.
