President Azad Jammu Kashmir (AJK) Raja Zulqurnain Khan met Deputy Chairman ERRA Lieutenant General Haroon Aslam here on Friday and discussed the progress of on-going projects in Kashmir.
President AJK said that no one can deny the fact that ERRA's role has been pivotal in rebuilding the destroyed facilities and forthcoming approach of current administration and political will of Pakistani government to stand by people of AJK has turned this adversity into opportunity.
Later, the Ambassador of Italian Republic Vicenzo Prati handed over the office building comprising of five rooms to DRU Bagh after successful completion of projects. Italian Embassy has been an active partner with ERRA. Lieutenant General Haroon Aslam paid rich tribute to the Ambassador and Government of Italy for standing by the side of Pakistani people in time of need. Italy has been one of the strong partners of ERRA and what the ERRA has achieved today speaks of its partner's commitment and support, he added. -PR
