The University of Health Sciences (UHS) has announced the results of third Professional BDS annual examinations. A total of 295 candidates from six affiliated dental colleges appeared in the exam out of which 213 passed and 81 failed. The pass percentage remained 72.45, a spokesman of UHS said on Thursday.
According to him, Ayesha Tariq of Sharif Medical & Dental College, Lahore got first position securing 736/900 marks. Hira Mateen of Margalla Institute of Health Sciences, Rawalpindi and Ammar Saeed of de'Montmorency College of Dentistry, Lahore got second and third positions securing 724/900 and 722/900 marks, respectively. Supplementary exams will commence on March 08.
