Lahore Development Authority (LDA) will auction 31 shops of the newly constructed Park and Ride Plaza on January 26. According to a LDA's spokesperson, interested buyers will deposit a 'security amount' of rupees one million per shop at Bank of Punjab's branch located in Liberty area before the bidding starts. Successful bidders will have to deposit a token money (one-third of the total shop price) within seven days. Failing to comply will result in forfeiture of the security amount.
