On this occasion, small packets of sweet candies and biscuits imprinted with road safety slogans were distributed on all toll plazas among the commuters travelling on road, while stalls were installed at prominent points on highways. Special briefing sessions were also conducted by the patrolling officers of NH&MP to educate people about adopting safety measures, especially during adverse weather conditions.

Dr Kauser and Syed Ibne Hussain themselves briefed road users on national highways and motorways and distributed gift packs among children travelling on the highways.
On this occasion, Dr Kausar directed the patrol officers to uphold high standards of sophistication while dealing with violators and perform duties with full zeal and zest. He further advised them to flourish culture of soft policing to ensure that this culture exists in Pakistan.
The DIG, also, stopped at Khanewal, Kasowal and Pattoki toll plaza to monitor public dealing of patrol officers when issuing penalty challan tickets or rendering help to road users. He advised the officers to receive violators with smile and execute their responsibilities as per law with politeness.
He expressed desire to take NH&MP to new horizons of excellence. While elaborating vision of IG, he said that attention must be paid to facilitate distressed road users by providing timely help, make them aware of basic traffic rules and regulations and brief them about adopting road safety measures.
The IG & DIG hailed performance of police officers providing valuable services to the road users, ensuring free flow of traffic by strict and vigilantly enforcing safety standards.
