Sharmila hails reinstatement of sacked KESC employees

Adviser to Chief Minister Sindh on Information, Sharmila Faruqui, has termed the reinstatement of over 4,000 sacked employees of Karachi Electric Supply Company (KESC) as the victory of Pakistan Peoples Party's government and coalition partners.
This she said while talking to a delegation of restored employees of KESC here in her office on Monday. She said that due to combined efforts of the government, MQM and other allied parties, the reinstatement of sacked employees was made possible.
The Adviser said that Pakistan Peoples Party believed in providing jobs and during its present and previous tenures PPP government provided jobs to a large number of people on merit and would not allow any body to make any one unemployed.
She added that it was prime duty of reinstated employees to work harder and use their all energies to make Karachi the city of lights and get rid the people of Karachi from load shedding.
Sharmila requested the management of the KESC to forget all differences and should not take any discriminate action against reinstate employees and work together and show better performance. On this occasion the members of delegation thanked the government of Pakistan People Party for the support in their struggle.
