'Nadra Lahore office disposing of complaints expeditiously'

National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) Lahore Region has received 1,069 complaints during last one and half month, out of which 60 percent were disposed on the spot. Similarly, as many as 1,456 complaints were received during 'open katcheries' at public complaint centres, which were also redressed immediately.
Nadra had set up centre and katcheries in line with government's directives to eradicate corruption. According to Nadra spokesman, 42 centres in five zones of Lahore Region received 1,069 complaints through emails, telephone, and help line complaint cells from November 29, 2010 to January 15, 2011.
